Life XP Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the LIFE XP app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

LIFE XP helps you turn goals into quests and track progress with experience points, attributes and skills. The LIFE XP Guide uses AI to interpret your messages. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so use your own judgment. LIFE XP is not medical, financial, legal or professional advice.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use LIFE XP. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account.

Your content

You own the goals, quests and messages you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service. That means don't try to access other people's data, overload or reverse-engineer our systems, or use the Guide for unlawful, harmful or abusive content. We apply daily usage limits to the Guide to keep it available for everyone.

Purchases

If we offer paid features, they will be sold through the App Store and governed by Apple's terms. Prices and what's included will be shown before you buy.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, change features, or update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app. We provide the service "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Beautifully Functional Apps LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of LIFE XP. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending your use

You can stop using LIFE XP and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
